Im constantly trying to better assess the situtions that arise and would love to know what the different development levels/stages myself and others are at. Thank you all for your time and patients

Suzanne Cook-Greuter and Associates offer that kind of test online for $325 - details here. (There's an additional option of having a 50-minute debriefing session with her for an additional fee.)
I don't know of any test that can be self-administered - if that's what you're looking for - but I wouldn't personally trust the results of a self-administered test anyway.
