This 20-page handout, developed by the Business and Leadership Center for the 2024 "The Integral Leader" workshop, introduces quadrants, lines, levels, states, and types as they relate to organizational leadership. The authors propose an "AQAL leadership framework" (model) that addresses both the theorectical and praxis dimensions of leadership. The handout also provides an "Introduction to Leadership Capacity" which outlines lines and levels of development as applied to leadership. The "Integral Psychograph" is introduced (in a business/organizational context), along with the notion of the expanding perspective as the seniority, timeframe, and development of the leader increases.
