This article by Fred Kofman, is a basic introduction to elements of Action Inquiry presented as basic elements of developing conversations with others that are open to learning on both sides rather than winning over the other to one’s viewpoint. This is a short and gentle presentation and, while integrally informed, does not really address quadrants or AQAL directly. It represents a tool that could be used as part of skillful means with people at most levels of development.
