Accelerate
your professional growth! Team up with an I-I Certified coach
who will help you bring your career to an Integral level!
Integral Institute is pleased to announce Integral
Coaching, a program that lets you work one-on-one with
a professional who understands human development
from an AQAL
(“All Quadrants, All Levels”) perspective. Your coach will use AQAL, combined with their own training and experience, to help you think and act more skillfully,
compassionately, and powerfully.
All Integral Institute coaches are certified in AQAL™,
Integral Institute’s framework for mapping the
many ways in which develop and grow. AQAL combines time-honored insights and cutting-edge ideas from science, psychology, spirituality, and dozens of other disciplines to offer a
wider—and wiser—approach to your growth and development.
By fully engaging the AQAL approach, you and your coach will customize a strategy to optimize your professional success. AQAL-mapping can clarify confusion, identify gaps, and illuminate missed opportunities in how you work. This often functions like a booster rocket for your career, while deepening your personal fulfillment.
Integral Institute’s roster of AQAL-certified coaches includes professionals with experience in Integral Leadership, Integral Psychotherapy (for mental health professionals), and Integral Ecology/Sustainability.
Based on your personal input, we’ll connect you with
a coach who fits your needs, interests, and time availability.
Most coaching is done by telephone, either weekly or
bi-weekly. Registration and logistics are easy.
Introductory Offer:
Many coaching or therapy sessions costs upwards of $150-200 an hour—and that’s not for Integral. Our special introductory offer gives you three 1-hour sessions for $395.
During this time, you and your coach will define what
you want to accomplish and begin the coaching process.
At the end of your 3 introductory sessions, you’ll determine
how you want to proceed. You can then sign up for ongoing
sessions for $140 per hour.
